From the U.S. Embassy to the Westin Hotel, Tokyo's corporate leaders and high society book Tokyo Embassy Choir to bring elegance to private events. We do embassy receptions, television commercials, Christmas carol recitals, business parties, and society banquets.

If considering us for a private function, we kindly request a minimum of 6 weeks of notice prior to your desired performance date. Our schedule fills particularly quickly during the December holiday season.

Fees from private events allow us to continue offering our main concerts for free. Thank you!
